File Transfer change FAQ:

When is the current file transfer system going away?
April 30th 2018, 11:59:59 PM

What will happen to my files in the current file transfer system?
Files sent using the current system WILL NOT LONGER BE AVAILABLE after this time.  Files sent with the OLD system will not appear in the new system.  If you need these older files that were sent to you, you will need to login to the OLD system (link below) to access them.  They will no long be available to you after April 30th 2018 at 11:59:59PM!

Can I begin using the new file transfer system now?
Yes we encourage you to begin getting used to the new transfer system by following the NEW link below.  You can login with your ITS user name and ITS password.  Follow the icons for secure mail to use file transfer as you have in the past to send larger items securely to external or internal email addresses.

Will my old address book entries be in the new system?
NO, there is not way to export users individual contacts or groups from the old system, these will need to be re-entered by each user.

I don't see the option to cc; or bcc;, is this supported?
While the secure file transfer service does not have a separate file for cc; or bcc; at this time you can use email addresses separated by commas to send to multiple senders.

When I send to multiple email addressees the receiver doesn't see all the other recipients, why?
This is for security reasons at this time and isn't configurable.

Will links still expire by default?  How long is the default period?  Can I change the period that links will be available?
Yes, like the current system links will expired by default in 15 days.  You may change this and the maximum time we will allow a link to persist for someone to retrieve a file is 90 days from day/time sent.
